DOCTORONLINE HEALTHTECH PRIVATE LIMITED created the Healppy app as a commercial app. The SERVICE is provided by DOCTORONLINE HEALTHTECH PRIVATE LIMITED at a cost and is intended for use as it is. It is used to inform or notify visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decides to use our Service.

One Time Password:

OTP is a one-time password that is provided by your telephone operator in order to carry out the second-factor authentication of your registered mobile number. If you opt for our ‘one tap’ feature, you understand that we will be able to retrieve your OTP from the message received on your mobile and populate and submit the OTP on the issuer’s page for the second-factor authentication of your registered mobile number.

 

Payment Integration

We use PayUMoney for handling payment. All payment related info is handled by PayUMoney. No card details are saved or stored on our server. You must be at least 18 years old to use Payment feature. Kindly refer PayUMoney privacy policy for more details click here.

 

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Location

It is recommended that you set your location sharing 'Always' as it helps us to show you location specific data like availability of products. You can change this anytime.

Camera

To allow you to take a photo of prescriptions & directly upload it to the app.

Photos/Media/Files

Media access permission is needed to store and retrieve your uploads such as prescription uploads on your device.

 

Mix panel Analytics

We are gathering information regarding user activities through out the app, on different user actions performed by user. We are using this data to send notifications which is useful for users to move forward and complete pending processes inside the app.

 

RETENTION OF DATA

Healppy retains Data for as long as necessary for the use of our products and/or services or to provide access to and use of our website or mobile application, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements and as long as processing and retaining your Data is necessary and is permitted by applicable law. Because these needs can vary for different data types and purposes, actual retention periods can vary significantly.

 

Marketing Emails

We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to users. Users may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for us to process opt-out requests.
